Step 2
Download the application form from the Downloads page.
Step 3
Read the important instructions and information provided in the application, fill up the form accordingly, sign and stamp.
Step 4
Pay the prescribed fees for registration (Please mention the company name when depositing the money in account & Bring receipt to our office)
Step 5
Prepare all the required supporting documents for your application. These documents will need to be uploaded along with the application form as part of your registration. They should be named appropriately and in PDF or doc format. The file size should not exceed 5 MB each.
